LA \u201cNUEVA MAYOR\u00cdA\u201d DECIDE QUE NO PUEDAS DECIDIR<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

El 4 de Julio, se reuni\u00f3 el Comit\u00e9 de Empresa, en dos convocatorias extraordinarias:<\/span><\/p>\n

– La PRIMERA<\/strong><\/u>, a las 9,30 h. hecha por CGT y ESK<\/strong>, para debatir y consensuar sobre las dos cuestiones siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n

1) CONSULTAR<\/strong> a todos los trabajadores\/as afectados por el 5×8 acerca de su preferencia sobre TODAS <\/strong>las opciones de rotaci\u00f3n posibles para el 5×8, INCLUYENDO LA PROPUESTA DE 6-3\/6-3\/6-6<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la realizaci\u00f3n de esta en un lugar adecuado (escuela de seguridad) con garant\u00edas y total TRANSPARENCIA. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2) Emplazar a los Comit\u00e9s de las diferentes SUBCONTRATAS <\/strong>de Michelin, a una reuni\u00f3n para invitarles a realizar una CONSULTA<\/strong> entre las plantillas correspondientes, <\/strong>en los MISMOS T\u00c9RMINOS<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

–La SEGUNDA<\/strong><\/u>, a las 10 h. hecha por CCOO, UGT, ELA, LAB Y CSIF<\/strong>, para debatir y consensuar sobre la siguiente cuesti\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n

1) CONSULTAR <\/strong>a todos los trabajadores\/as afectados por el 5×8 para medir el NIVEL DE \u201cSATISFACCI\u00d3N\u201d DEL 2-2-2-4<\/strong>, OBVIANDO CUALQUIER OTRA<\/strong> PROPUESTA, INCLUIDA LA DE 6-3\/6-3\/6-6<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la realizaci\u00f3n de esta, en los tornos de entrada a f\u00e1brica, lo que no ofrece ning\u00fan tipo de garant\u00edas ni TRANSPARENCIA.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tras un debate, \u00a0CCOO, UGT, ELA, LAB Y CSIF<\/strong> deciden que los trabajadores\/as SOLO<\/strong> puedan votar SI<\/strong> o NO<\/strong> a la rotaci\u00f3n 2-2-2-4<\/strong>, ignorando la propuesta hecha por CGT Y ESK, DE SOMETER A CONSULTA TODAS LAS ROTACIONES.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

SUPONEMOS QUE LA NUEVA MAYOR\u00cdA EXPLICAR\u00c1 PORQU\u00c9 NO SE PUEDE VOTAR OTRAS OPCIONES, AUNQUE MUY PROBABLEMENTE DEBAN CONSULTAR ANTES A MICHELIN. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
